‘When women take care of their health they become their best friend.’ Women’s health encompasses a wide range of physical, mental, and emotional aspects that evolve throughout different life stages. From adolescence to adulthood and beyond, maintaining optimal well-being is crucial for leading a fulfilling and active life. They are the most busiest person in the house, so she needs the maximum strength to do multi task. Women have also been the primary health care providers and health decision-makers for their families.  But sometimes she ignores her health problems and end up in making things worst. So taking care of her well being should be the priority option present in front of her.

Common research have found that there are some diseases which affect women more than it affects men. Some of them are

  • Anxiety and depression is very common found issue in women.
  • She is a stress taker, so face many problems related to stress.
  • Rate of women affecting with UTI ( Urinary Tract Infection) is more.
  • Women have the tendency of getting iron deficient and anemic.
  • During and after pregnancy women face many maternal health issues.
  • Rate of Osteoporosis is higher in women than in men.
  • Among Alzheimer’s patients,2/3 rd of them are women.
  • Breast cancer is common in women and found rarely in men.
  • Insomnia, sleep deprived is some common problems women struggles with.

Women has to fight for their health now so that they never caught in the trap of these diseases .For those who are already being caught should have the solution to come out from it.  We need to understand this, ‘she is important because she is backbone of the family’, don’t let her get weaker , don’t let her ignore herself.  

Here, are some of the health tips for women which will not only give them strength from outside but also make them feel healthy from inside.

1)Meditate, Exercise and Yoga:

As we saw above that women take more stress in her day to day life. She is the one who will need the meditation to calm her down, meditation helps in relaxing the mind, connects with your inner soul and empowers you to take a control on emotions. It cures the major attacking disease that is, depression, anxiety and stress to the women.

Meditation works on mind, so Yoga and Exercise works on your body. Women need to work on her physical fitness for her well being and for getting strength. Yoga and exercise will increase the blood circulation, works on weight control, and gives a healthy heart.

2)Consume nutritional food:

Anemia, osteoporosis, poor bone density, weak muscles and frequent infections are being profoundly found in women. So she has to rise awakening towards nutritional food, which is rich in Iron, Calcium, Vitamin D, magnesium and other important nutrients. Having a balanced diet daily, will help in improving the deficiency. Fiber rich diet, Salads, proteins, Soups, milk and curd will make the metabolism strong and develops a good immune system. Once you start changing your lifestyle and bring yourself on healthy eating. This will definitely keeps your immune system strong and this will also makes your family aware about the healthy food habits. It is a total win-win situation.

3)Sleep on time:

Body works efficiently if it is gets desired fuel and fuel for healthy body is nutritional food and good sleep. Sleep deprived mind will is cause of many diseases. Fatigueness, forgetting things often, stress, palpitations or Alzheimer’s is being caused by not taking rest and proper sleep. There are many reasons for not getting good sleep, it is not always insomnia which is affecting you. Find out the reason and make your sleep a priority and have a normal next day functioning.

4)Consult a Doctor frequently:

Many diseases are silent ones, where we don’t feel any symptoms inside the body. It is required for each and every one of us to do regular body check-ups, for diagnosing any known disease.  Depression , anxiety is one such example of this silent disease and also social taboo for many people. Speak about it to your family and do consult psychologist and concerned doctors for the right treatment.

5)Socialize frequently:

Sometimes sharing your problems and asking for the support solves many life situations. Sharing will help you in flowing out your emotions and if you get a wise person he/she will definitely have a best of advice to your problem. Sometimes you might even forget about some toxic things which you have in your mind for so long, and you realized that it wasn’t worth to waste time on that part. You sometimes move on without much difficulty, if you are surrounded with right kind of environment and social circle. Socializing can solve maximum of your problems, makes you feel alive, explores your talents and keep your stress at bay.
